There is a card inserted inside of the clear plastic pkg. with directions on how to do this and on the other side there is an original recipe for guacamole, including the story of the first avocado tree and the fact that this is where every US avocado tree comes from. The avocado, kitchen utensil measures: 6" long X 2-1/2" at widest point. Off-white in color with a dark green logo on front with the words "handgrown in California", and a website address.
