The blanket is folded into 8 panels inside the sealed pkg. The folded size measures 13" X 15" but because the pkg. is sealed, I cannot measure the entire blanket because it is new and sealed. The drawstring bag to carry the blanket in is a royal blue and measures 14" wide x 18" high laying flat. It has the logo on one side along with promotional wording. The fleece blanket was a promo item from "Capital One" as imprinted in white on navy blue and the sewn in tag states "GILDAN DryBlend, 50% cotton/50% polyester. Stored in a cool dry place.
