They have leather uppers, made in Brazil. They are in gently used condition, and have "anti-skid masking" applied to the soles to keep one from slipping or falling down. Purchased for $70.00 at a high-end dept. store on Michigan Ave. in Chicago, making this pair a real bargain as they are in good, usable condition. Stored in a cool dry place.
