Salmon Recipe Book - Quick and Easy Ways to Cook Salmon Recipe Book Vtg 60s. This vintage, circa 1960s, 18 pg. Salmon Recipe Book was published by "Canned Salmon Institute, Seattle, Washington". Recipes were created and tested by Ann Seranne, photography by Eileen Gaden. These recipes are still popular today and used by many delis, cafes and restaurants e.g. Scalloped Salmon, Salmon Salad Sandwiches, Salmon Pilaf and Salmon Paella. The cover has a label with a name on it and the number 96 written on it, but in no way detracts from using the book. The booklet is in good vintage condition with no writing inside, large rips or dog-ears. This saddle-stitched book still has tight binding as it was never used, just shuffled around from time to time which caused the shelf wear. Book measures: 5-1/2" wide X 8-3/4" high.
