This Easter Egg shaped, colorful box is whimsical in nature and comes from the famous "Ghirardelli Chocolate Company in San Leandro, California". These egg-shaped promotional chocolate candy boxes were a limited edition put out by Ghirardelli in 2001. The box bottom still has the gold foil label spelling out the contents and the ingredients. Made from a heavy cardboard stock and covered with paper, similar to a hat box. The lid is painted like an Easter Egg present in colors of bright green/pink/bright orange red/yellow/lilac/orange. Box is in perfect condition and ready for more gift giving. With lid on, the box measures: 4" at widest point X 6" tall X 2" deep. Hide your own surprise inside or fill with coins, jewelry, nuts, candy, trinkets, or knick knacks for gift giving fun.
